Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Jack Robb, Esq., is senior vice president and chief legal officer at ODEC. He is ODEC’s chief compliance officer, and he serves as general counsel to ODEC and its board of directors.
Jack joined ODEC in 2023 as deputy chief legal officer. Prior to joining ODEC, he served ODEC for more than a decade as outside legal counsel, working closely with the ODEC team on a variety of issues including the construction of Wildcat Point and various state and federal regulatory matters.
Jack is a Maryland native and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University. Jack is vice chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Council and is an active member of the Richmond Bar and numerous energy and construction industry associations.
