Mr. Hern focuses his practice on energy law and regulation. Prior to joining ODEC he was President Emeritus of LeClair Ryan Law Firm. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the American Bar Association; and has been listed among The Best Lawyers in America® for Energy Law, 2006 to 2019.
