Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) successfully filed a complaint at FERC to ensure that costs related to the continued operation of the Indian River Power Plant were calculated fairly under PJM’s tariff rules. While ODEC did not dispute the plant’s role in maintaining reliability on the Delmarva Peninsula, we acted to protect all of our member cooperatives and their consumer-members by challenging cost assumptions that we believed overstated the charges.
