Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC), one of the nation’s largest and most successful Generation and Transmission Cooperatives, announced today that Mike Wise, Senior Vice President of Power Supply, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2026.
“Mike has done an excellent job over the last year as SVP of Power Supply, and this promotion recognizes his outstanding performance in that role and his tireless dedication to ensuring ODEC continues to deliver on our mission of providing affordable and reliable electricity to our members,” said Chris Cosby, President and CEO of ODEC. “His steady leadership, strategic foresight, and commitment to our mission make him well suited to serve as Chief Operating Officer as we continue to meet the needs of our members.”
In his expanded role, Wise will continue to oversee ODEC’s power supply responsibilities while assuming broader operational leadership across the cooperative.
