Strategic Planning Process

In 2007, the ODEC senior management team held a series of retreats to develop a strategic plan, which gave birth to “A Road to Run On, ODEC’s Strategic Plan.” Since its early 2008 presentation to our employees, over 20 strategic planning teams have been formed to further the plan’s goals. Good ideas can come from anyone. We encourage interested employees to volunteer for team membership.
